Wayne has over 30 years of investment experience across multiple sectors including real estate, venture capital, and private equity. For the past 10 years, he was a principal of Paradigm Capital Group, a New York City based commercial real estate investment firm. In this capacity, he was responsible for all investment activity. He established analytical protocols to evaluate credit risk and structured both debt and equity investments. Wayne formerly worked as head of investment banking for BCM Capital Management, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, PIPEs and corporate restructuring. He is also a founder of Hyteon Inc., a Canadian energy enterprise focused on hydrogen generation.

Wayne graduated magna cum laude from Ithaca College with a B.S. in finance and earned a graduate degree in real estate from New York University.
