Michael is responsible for originations, underwriting, and portfolio management. Prior to joining Cerco Funding, Michael was an associate general counsel for the Denver-based power plant developer, Ludvik Electric. In that capacity, he was intimately involved in structuring, underwriting, and leading the development and redevelopment of core infrastructural assets in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Michael earned a B.A. cum laude from Lehigh University and a J.D. with a Certificate in Real Estate Law from Brooklyn Law School.
