Peter is the founder and CEO of Cerco Funding. Prior to establishing Cerco, Peter spent forty years developing properties in Europe and the United States. His focus over the last two decades was directed towards the multifamily sector in New York City.

Peter earned an M.B.A. from the University of Munich.
